Colonial Style House Renovation
Traditional Colonial home renovation and gardens. The home was considered a tear-down in 1985. Front porch was replaced and up graded with widow's walk and egress dormer on the third level. Additions include, arbor, porte-cochere, breakfast room. Renovations included bathrooms, kitchen. All of the windows are protected with Lexan for infrequent hurricanes. Life time galvalume metal roof, gutters and down spouts are hail proof.
Over time all of the grass on this expansive lot has been replace with formal gardens, urban habitat and ground cover. Broken areas of the drive way have been replace with flag stone.
