What once was an exterior breezeway and garage, is now a colorful entry and living space. The main level living room started with cracked concrete, dusty rafters and dirty aluminum windows. We insulated, drywalled, wrapped the existing structural beams with beautiful alder with a clear glaze. Tiled walls and rubber flooring provide warmth and durability to the dog run. This once exterior space, is now heated with electric base board heating and welcomes all guests.
