These investors was always on the lookout for new profitable franchises. They looked at "RAIN" a South Africa based company, that produced handmade products with natural ingredients. Once they decided it was a good fit their team found a great space on the Upper West Side, the designer and architect then went to work to design this unique space which conforms to Landmarks Preservation Commission on the exterior, and the franchise in the interior
