Our design concept was to design comforting elegance with splendid details and the classic furnishing designs of gracious living united in a traditional style

These homeowners moved from a very large traditional single-family home on acreage to a limited square foot lower floor of a downtown urban condo. The client’s envisioned a grand living space for this new condo that would reflect the lifestyle they had in their larger home, elegant and inviting. A style emphasizing fine crafted details, beautifully rich materials and animal motifs.

The design challenge was to create established details through the use of moulding, colors and creative space planning to create a comforting elegance within the constraints of a low ceiling, small footprint area. Mixing traditional with modern bones, blending new technology with classic materials and incorporating lion & monkey motifs within the details all while maintaining proportions so as not to overwhelm this small interior space.
