Under new ownership, a face-lift for this old commerical-looking grooming place was way overdue. Considering the new name—The Spaw and being in a trendy east Ottawa neighbourhood, we decided the kennel feeling had to go. It would instead have a more posh and relaxed feel where the furry clients were tended to while their human companions waited to drive them where they needed to go.
