This kitchen presented a challenge for us to maximize storage space and counter space within a small footprint. With a walkway though the kitchen, it made things even more challenging. We were able to achieve all of the client's needs and present them with not only a quality product, but beautiful as well.

The raised bar keeps the guests out of the kitchen but allows the cook to still be included in the conversation.

The small message center desk is out of the kitchen prep area, but still close enough to answer a phone call. The drawers between the raised bar and cooktop fill the blind corner on the kitchen prep side while giving a storage space for the message center and adjacent dining area.

The cabinet above the double ovens gives and ideal spot to store cookie sheets and cake pans. One blind corner by the refrigerator features half-moon lazy susan pullouts where the client stores canned goods. The other blind corner to the right of the dishwasher has a unique pullout storage system with wire trays where the client stores her paper products.

With the dining area adjacent to the kitchen, there was a need for a buffet area. The leaded glass doors above the buffet make this a beautiful area to display china and crystal stemware.

This kitchen was truly a challenge to design, but the client was so easy to work with and open to different ideas, it made this one of our favorite projects to work on.
