We helped our client with a complete interior remodel in their 1,000 SQFT apartment including:
- installation of a new 20 foot support I beam in the kitchen to make an open floor plan
- installation of 40 amp EV charger in the underground parking garage from the main panel
- drafting plans and getting them approved by the city and with the HOA
- demolition of the whole apartment including drywall, existing aluminum electrical, and floors
- fire place removal and reframing of the wall
- installation of new electrical panel and electrical copper wiring throughout the entire apartment, updated existing outlets with GFCI, including the installation of 33 recessed lights
- replacing the plumbing in the entire apartment
- installation of new exhaust fans in the guest and master bathroom
- installation of new ducting for the bathroom exhaust fans and the kitchen range
- soundproofing the entire apartment with QuietRock drywall, and all 33 recessed light housings
- extending the kitchen to create a new peninsula
- designing, manufacturing, and installing all new custom kitchen and laundry closet cabinets, and bathroom vanities
- installation tile in the kitchen, dining area, and two bathrooms
- installation of Nuheat Floor Heating in both bathrooms
- installation engineered hardwood floors in both bedrooms, and living room area
- installation a new glass sliding door in the patio area
- installation new appliances
- installation new quartz counter tops in the kitchen and in both bathroom vanities
- installation new closet sliding doors for 4 closets
