This house was built in the 1940's. After our client purchased this home, he took out a construction loan to renovate the entire home. However, construction is never easy! We found that the cast iron plumbing pipes needed to be changed to updated PVC per building codes.
We had to excavate the entire home underneath in order to remove the iron pipes and replace with PVC. You will see in the gallery the process we had to go through.
Then, we were able to start on the inside remodel. We completely demolished the kitchen, Living room and Master Bathroom. You will see "Before" and "After" photos of our work. We hope you see all of the small details that we do that is in the best interest to the homeowner.
