This was a major face lift to a 1,200 sf ranch in Lindberg Schools on a tight budget. The floor plan remained the same, however, the project scope included plumbing, electrical, HVAC, new flooring, finish carpentry, painting and completely remodeled kitchen and baths. A bonus room was added to the basement.
