This client initially had stucco for his original siding. Due to foundational issues, the clients stucco started to buckle which warranted full replacement of his siding. After the client fixed foundational issues, we were able to remove their siding, replace a few of studs as well as his cripple walls that were full of dry rot and beetle infestation. The client also needed a full renovation of his porch area, and installation of new electrical for outside lighting.

A lot of the dry rot reached the clients roof which warranted for a full roof replacement. Especially since he had a double roof that was slightly crumbling.
