A raised deck in Bellevue, WA resurfaced with new composite decking. About 264 sq ft of weathered wood boards came off, and the framing underneath was checked and prepped before the homeowner-supplied composite boards went down with hidden fasteners, installed to the manufacturer's instructions. A mitered picture-frame border finishes the perimeter. The existing deck frame and railing stayed in place.
