This beautiful home just needed a facelift. Untouched since it was built in the 80’s, it was time to bring it up to date. With a narrow kitchen connected to the breakfast nook, we created a small peninsula to create a little more countertop space. We also reconfigured the appliance layout to relocate the fridge away from the garage entry door to make it feel more open. We added a banquette seat at the bay window overlooking the swimming pool.

New hardwood floors were added and all the stained wood trim and doors were painted white to brighten the house.
