A complete remodel of an existing 1960's condo. Including a new kitchen,Dining room sun room and deck. The old floor plan was opened up to allow the kitchen dining and the sun room to flow together as one room. The old openings into the living room were widened to let all the spaces flow together. Large sliding pocket doors allow the sun room to be closed off as desired. The focus of the redesign and remodel was to open up the public areas and create ways to bring light further back into the condo and to create a updated contemporary space for the new Owners.
