This Sea Colony condo needed some updating from the original tile finishes, from Foyer to Kitchen to Master Bath. The biggest alteration was the removal of the jetted tub (which rarely gets used), and converting it to a curb-less walk-in shower. Then, we took out the fiberglass shower and converted that to a closet. The fireplace also received a huge improvement. New cabinets, countertops, frameless glass also added to this upgrade.
