This 1475 square foot (living area) condominium on Vanderbilt Beach was completely remodeled including rearranging some of the interior walls. The kitchen was previously a peninsular style with a wall separating the kitchen from the living room. We removed the wall, extended the kitchen into the former breakfast nook and installed a large island. Both bathrooms have floating vanities and lighted mirrors as well as custom designed tile work. The floors in the majority of the home are "wood look" luxury vinyl.
