Located in St. Paul’s historic Uppertown District, this 1887 built Italianate row-house underwent a full remodel. Mindful of its historic past, (the building is listed on the National Registration of Historical Places), the owner wished to marry a contemporary aesthetic with the original “DNA” of the building, borrowing material cues from the exterior and using them as inspiration on the interior.
