Contemporary Custom Residence – New Build

This contemporary residential project was conceived as a measured, cohesive interior environment in which architecture and interior design were developed as a unified system rather than a collection of rooms.

The plan is organized around deliberate circulation and controlled sightlines, allowing the home to reveal itself gradually, from the entry sequence through the kitchen and living areas and into more private spaces beyond. Expansive glazing connects interior volumes to the surrounding landscape, reinforcing a consistent indoor–outdoor relationship throughout.

Material selections were intentionally restrained, balancing natural wood, stone, and soft neutral finishes to establish continuity and visual calm. Kitchen and living spaces were treated as integral architectural elements, supporting both daily life and entertaining without disrupting the overall clarity of the home.

Custom millwork and curated furnishings were developed in parallel with the architecture, ensuring proportion, flow, and long-term livability rather than trend-driven gestures.

This fully custom primary dressing room is accessed through a concealed wood-paneled door from the bedroom, transitioning from warm stained planks into a bright, tailored white interior.
