Partnering with this Homeowner, our Firm was able to help redesign and build their dream home. We started by demolishing the original property here in San Jose. We wanted to create a modern space that allowed for entertainment and functional use. Our goal with every project is to help our clients create Carefree Moments that Last a Lifetime.

With the addition of a folding glass door, we were able to extend the entertainment space of this home through the livingroom and kitchen and into the outdoors. The modern layout and design of the entryway creates a warm welcoming into the home, complete with a gas fireplace. The kitchen has an island with waterfall countertops and the installation of modern appliances helped our client keep their energy consumption low.

Custom bedroom layout and modern updates to the bathrooms will allow this family to grow here for many years to come. We are extremely excited about this Home Build and we are elated our client loves their new space!
