Contemporary Interior Design Remodel

Nestled at the base of Troon Mountain in North Scottsdale, Arizona, this crisp and clean remodel beautifully balances indoor and outdoor space. The ledger Travertine Stone two-story fireplace wall extends to the loft - a favorite hideaway for all ages. Casual comfort and elegance harmonizes this family retreat.

This crisp contemporary design began with a sixteen-foot remodel of the current fireplace. Textures were created with the fabrics and materials. A palette of blue and orange combine in muted shades to give the space a sense of calm.

Soft daylight tones mix with the refreshing blue hues. Natural woods create interest in the fireplace. A brushed stainless inset was placed as the fireplace surround. The TV was inset into a tray to create an infinity edge.

Family friendly furnishings compliment the challenging "room of angles". Delineating various "flex spaces" within the large living and dining rooms allow smaller, more personal gatherings for conversations.
