Like most homes constructed in the 1960’s this one contained finishes and a floor plan layout that, 50 years later, is now outdated and impractical to the owners style of living. The original layout on the main level divided the kitchen, dining and living room from one another. By removing these partitions, that segmented the home, allowed the kitchen and living room to be joined together harmoniously.
