This property on Shelburne Farms includes a main house, guest house and barn complex set on 20 acres of rolling meadow and woodland with commanding views of Lake Champlain. In master planning the site, special attention was given to solar orientation, views and utilizing the existing grade change to integrate with the architecture of the main house.
