We had a unique and interesting challenge with this project: Add square footage to a zero lot line property, remove bearing wall below to open up the living area downstairs and leave the existing floors in the home. The clients also wanted to replace their existing master bathtub with a air jet tub, R & R every window in the home and add a shower to the downstairs powder bath. If that all wasn't enough, the homeowner wanted to be back in their home by thanksgiving, so we put our hands to the plough and went to work. The homeowners were awesome to work with, they made decisions within minutes of being provided a question, which was a large contributing factor in our ability to complete the project on schedule. We added approximately 400 sq feet, a bathroom and converted a half bath to a full bath, among many other things, but these main additions will greatly improve the value of the home as it transforms from a 3 bed 2.5 bath home to a 4 bed 4 bath home.
