To combine two apartments into a four-bedroom luxury home, this was the challenge Matias Alem, as a design consultant, accepted upon this project. In the design was considered the subtlety of hiding panels and commodities, for a more natural feel of the area. This work is 4,910 sq. ft. plus an area for two large terraces totaling 1,463 sq. ft.

Purposely designed, by request of the client, to give a sophisticated and excess-free atmosphere; the (now) unit conserves an aesthetic maximization and optimization of the space; keeping a contemporary integration all around. In addition, the usage of muted colors act in favor of the natural lighting; giving a perfect balance among the classy and elegant details of the unit. Among the materials used, the highlight to the marble floor ties together the elegance, good taste and sophistication are appreciated through the images.
