This home had many unique characteristic requirements. How do we achieve an open well lit home with the Master on the Main Floor. This was a tough struggle due to zoning regulations and lot coverage requirements. However, as you can see, we not only achieved the look utilizing many clerestory windows, we exceeded expectations by providing numerous engineering tricks to the process.
