The client was looking for a low cost solution to updating this rental space which we were able to do by painting, updating lighting and adding a luxury vinyl floor over the existing tile floor. Our project included updating the bathroom as well by installing new tile, updating lighting, door hardware and painting. The result is a bright and vibrant space within my client’s budget.
