This project involved the meticulous replacement of the roof and gutters for a 4,593 sqft home in Washington DC. The selection of premium materials was paramount, with natural unfading black Spanish slate tiles chosen for the main roof. Additionally, a bespoke copper multi-level roof and gutter system was installed at the rear of the property. These upgrades not only enhance the aesthetic appeal but also ensure long-lasting durability and functionality.
