this is an exceptionally beautiful whitish to off white shell stone from spain.
it runs in the same quarry vein as our caribbean shell stone, arabian pearl and shells reef line and extends down into the arabian peninsula.
the stone is swirled with large abalone shells but not that many to make the tile look too busy. perfect if you want a whitish somewhat uniform light look. the natural characteristics of our shell stone make it impervious to heat from the sun so the tiles stay cool to the touch. also when properly installed and sealed are practically impervious to staining and can be easily maintained.
