This project included the addition of a room above an existing garage to provide the owner with a quite space to relax or work. We cantilevered the deck out to the front to capture the views of the river, offer a connection to the outside, and to maintain clear access to the garage
The design and exterior finishes were selected to seamlessly blend the new with existing.
The ceiling has exposed timbers and tongue and groove wood to add warmth, and maintain the rustic feel of the home.
