Cornelia
This small kitchen is packed full of punch. Located in Chicago this couple wanted all the bells and whistles that a custom kitchen can offer and that included being unique. One-of-a-kind details include a cut out for garbage in the island, sink that goes all the way to the back wall, insta-hot and spray mounted on the side of the sink, and a custom knife block built into the side of the island. Finishes are sophisticated and funky and include bright turquoise tile from Pratt and Lambert, Buster + Punch hardware with a polished and knurled texture, 3” thick end grain walnut butcher block island, custom hood with copper band from Avenue Metal, walnut cabinets with reeded glass doors, and the headliner- a La Cornue oven with black matte, copper and stainless details. Custom cabinetry, finishes and fixtures provided by KLI.
