This 1919 Richard Requa designed home underwent a full renovation, which included removal of older renovations done during the 1940's that clashed with the original style of the house. Interior renovations include a complete kitchen remodel, refinished original wood flooring, original window rework, installed bi-fold doors leading to back patio, custom paint finishes include hand stenciling and plaster wall faux finishes.
