This partcular client wanted to expand their hundred year old cottage's living space. The job included demolishing the existing living space and bedrooms, while mainitaining a master bedroom addition, and kitchen addition. Every remaining structure was lifted, a new foundation was poured, and a new living room and bedroom structure was built in the middle that was attached to the remaining structures to look as if it was always there to begin with. The cottage was then surrounded by decks and features that kept the cottage's timeless look intact and created a functional and beautiful extended living space.
