This cottage overlooks the fishing village of Menemsha on the North shore of Martha’s Vineyard. We saved the core structure and gave it a series of finely calibrated small additions, including a dining room, upper dormers, the front entry and the open porch. The result is a small, charming seaside cottage, our client’s sanctuary.
