The Cottontail project is a renovation of an understated mid-century Malibu beach house. Features of this property include a thermally-treated wood exterior rain screen as well as custom formed gutters and fascia, which helped solve existing rooftop storm water drainage problems. The warmth and texture of the wood slats juxtaposes beautifully against the smooth stucco, fascia, and interior finishes.
