This space was one color. The ceiling, carpet, fireplace, and paneled walls. Working with those, we replaced the mantel, and stained the beams in a rich dark color to bring contrast in, along with whitewashing the fireplace. By adding the clients painted saw blade collection to the paneled walls, we were able to bring in color. We added custom floating shelves and installed much needed lighting with this fantastic hanging fixture.
