Country Farm House
Putting a new kitchen into an old house is always challenging. However, when the house is 500 years old and the kitchen is semi professional and made to the client’s specification the challenge becomes even greater. Our latest project was to achieve just that.
The old kitchen was quite small and not sufficient for today’s needs. The ceiling in the old kitchen was also quite low. This had prevented the use of tall appliances such as fridges and also restricted the type of lighting that was used. It also meant that the windows and their sills were lower than normally expected. The gas supply was out of date and not sufficient to supply the new oven and hob.
