We took this condo, originally built in the 70's and completely renovated the first floor. In the kitchen, the space was opened up and white shaker cabinets from Bertch Marketplace replaced the golden oak cabinets, and the laminate countertops were replaced with Cambria "Swanbridge". The crisp grey glass backsplash tile ties it all together.

In the dining area, we created a serving buffet, which also features a wine frig. The back of the brick fireplace creates a nice backdrop for the dining table, and now, with the old buffet removed, you can walk completely around the fireplace.
