Inspired by our client’s travels, this custom residence is a modern take on the Prairie Style of architecture – low pitched roofs, deep overhangs, and large open living areas. The spacious floor plan visually connects multiple living areas to one another, creating a seamless flow from the kitchen, dining, and family rooms. Extensive glazing maximizes the views of the outdoors, connecting the interior spaces to outdoor living areas, pool and guest house. The overall design is basic in form and beautifully minimalistic, allowing the architecture to shine through in the materiality and detailing.
