This 1910s craftsman bungalow located on Pershing Street was damaged so badly by fire that only the original framing remained. The owner was very passionate about ensuring her home was restored to its original state down to the last detail. Shawn researched the details of nearby
sister homes and created window frames, sash, casing, trim, crown molding, porch overhead bead board and the bronze screens to the exact specifications of the originals - and most importantly, to the satisfaction of the owner.
