We are truly excited to be giving the opportunity to design and build a beautiful Craftsman style home! The trees which were harvested on site will become the flooring, cabinets, sheathing and strapping. This home will be well insulated, air sealed, and heated/cooled using a ground source heat pump ("geothermal"). We are using durable siding materials including stone, bark, cedar and slate. In addition to passive solar and shading, the house will also have solar panels to offset any energy it may need.
