Our firm was challenged by our client to convert their classic 1970's shoe-box style waterfront rambler into a spacious open concept showplace. Their new kitchen allowed them to prepare meals for their many dinner parties within full view of their friends. We added a covered walkway connection to a new garage providing an all weather connection to the house.
