Crawl space mold remediation and encapsulation in a brand new home. The home wasn't even lived in yet and the excessive moisture levels overwhelmed the builder's "encapsulation" system. Needless to say, it wasn't getting the job done. We came in and sealed the crawlspace, conditioned the air with the Santa Fe Air Sytem, and removed the mold growth from the joists and wood components.
