Align Developments in collaboration with Open the Door Design updated a small 1940's bungalow in Crescent Heights. This project included removal of the very small existing kitchen and combining the kitchen/existing dining room to open up the feel of the space. A new deck is joined to this space with a beautiful exterior french door with glazing panel. The existing oak floors were not able to be refinished without requiring replacement, instead using a unique antique paint/glaze finish they found new life. Lots of unique details on this project creating a one of a kind finish.
