The Crescent Rim project took 24 months to complete. The home is over 10,000 square feet and had the entire home repainted, the ceilings skim textured to flat, the flooring restained gray, the entire home repainted, chandeliers added in many of the rooms, glass railing added, bathrooms all updated, window coverings added, stained glass mural removed and stored, rooftop hot tub added, rooftop bathroom added, all new air conditioners added, reupholstering of the banquet in the kitchen, new carpeting, wood flooring and tile in many of the rooms.
