Situated on the bluff in Del Mar, California, the architecture allows expansive views to penetrate the structure, connecting it to the site and allowing natural light from multiple sides. From the street, this is achieved with two massing elements at the base, supporting a master suite floating above, effectively bridging the gap between them.
