This particular residence began as a simple “A-frame” type home located in Atascadero, California. Gables and shed roofs were added to expand the visual appearance of the home and multiple decks were added to accommodate the outdoor activities.

By the use of these key elements, we were able to conceal the “A-Frame” look and reflect a more traditional home style.

The interiors were also upgraded to complement the overall “façade” change. In addition, a new mechanical system was added utilizing a Geothermal System, making the home more energy efficient and significantly lowering utility costs.
