This contemporary ADU/ pool house was a new construction addition to an existing residence. The owners were adding a beautiful pool space to be shared by both the detached ADU and the main home. The clean and open concept design of the new addition makes the most use out of each square foot. It provides plenty of light and gorgeous views of the surrounding landscape, while blending seamlessly with the existing architecture on the site.
