Here's a custom garage we built recently. It has full living space above a three-car garage, as well as a few lower level rooms such as a media room and storage. The upper living area features a large open kitchen with custom cabinets that flows in with the formal living room and dining room. There's also master bedroom w/master bath, and a den. There are spectacular views from the one side, and we made preparations for a deck to be added at a later date.
