Custom Home
We worked on this project in collaboration with the architect & home builder to build this entirely custom home to the likes of our client in Ridges, Las Vegas.
The house was built in 2015, 2016 and we are just finishing up with the interiors.
It is on a Golf Course with incredible panoramic views on 3 sides.
They have a custom pivot front door in Stainless steel and Navy Blue Glass.
The Garage doors used the same design using Stainless Steel and Navy Blue Glass
The Kitchen Cabinets were built by Scavalini, which is an Italian company. which incorporates wood, Navy Glass and Grey glass. The back splash is a combination of Glass, natural stone and Stainless steal. White, Organic white Quarts,
All the Furniture was Customized per my direction. Some of the manufactures are Christopher Guy, Rene Cazares, Knoll, Roche Bobois and more
The powder room sink is made of the same Imported Granite as the wall behind it, and I made sure the fabricator used the same section of the stone so when you stand back the sink disappears
The spa which is attached to the pool has an infinity edge with water over spilling on the 4 sides. The pool has the same edge facing the Golf Course on the other side of their property. (hope that makes sense?
The flooding thougout the first floor is Natural Vein cut lime stone.
Floating, backlit soffits were put in the middle of both the living room and the Family room. We painted them a darker color.
Master Bath has a multi colored flat Pebble stone wall with a floating free standing tub in front of it. We used the same stone on the floor of the huge walk in shower. White Quarts for Counters. A combination of different glass tiles to create large stripes on the shower walls.
