This home was badly damaged due to fire. WDB worked with Safeco Insurance from the time the home was burnt to construct a new home. Initially, the hope was to fix the fire damage, but after investigating, the structure of the home was compromised beyond repair. The decision was made to demolish the house, and start over. WDB worked with Safeco to develop a budget based on the existing house parameters, and create a new home based on today's building practices and codes.
