This custom backsplash consisted of hand made ceramic tiles installed in a herringbone pattern, a 3" thick 1"x1" glass mosaic accent throughout the backsplash, metal medallions, and a focal point above the stove top consisting of 2"x2" glass mosaic with a large metal medallion and metal frame detail. This client wanted a backsplash to incorporate the beautiful cream, tan, gold, copper and burgundy tones from her granite counter tops. She also wanted a "wow factor" for the focal point that would reflect details carried throughout the rest of her home. We perfected the design and I drew up a color scaled photoshop rendering to show her exactly what the backsplash would look like once complete.
